Situps 20-30-40-30-20
Squats 30-40-50-40-30-
Ring Dips 3-6-9-6-3
Complete the first set of all exercises before moving onto the second set.
For example:
Round 1 - 10 pushups, 20 situps, 30 squats, 3 ring dips. Round 2 - 20 pushups, 30 situps, etc
